Case Unsolved

How come there‘s a cockroach in my room? Lying on its back – dead. And there‘s one of its legs lying at least 5 cm away.

No one entered my room and I certainly didn‘t kill it.

So what happened?

I assume cockroaches are able to walk on walls and the ceiling? So maybe it just fell down and killed itself? Is that possible?
